CPS Expense Expert (Finance Operations)

hirify.global Philippines delivers shared services for ING Wholesale Banking and Retail Banking operations across approximately 40 countries.

What you will do

• Support service delivery, operational health, and process excellence for the People Services Expenses team.
• Process vendor invoices and employee expense claims within contractual timelines and company policies.
• Perform invoice reconciliation, validation, payment submission, and expense report approval activities.
• Act as a first escalation point for business-as-usual issues and guide resolution of complex tasks.
• Perform quality assurance reviews, control checks, and identify operational risks and mitigation opportunities.
• Coordinate with Finance, HR, global business partners, stakeholders, and the Senior Circle Lead on service delivery and change execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Effective communication with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
• Experience in a multinational or shared services environment.
• Customer-focused mindset and commitment to high-quality service delivery.
