Senior Analyst (Collateral Management)

What you will do

• Execute and supervise daily collateral management activities, includhirify.global margin call calculation, communication, negotiation, and agreement.
• Administer collateral movements, maintain records of collateral received and pledged, and ensure compliance with CSA, GMRA, and GMSLA documentation.
• Investigate and resolve margin disputes, escalate settlement failures, and support credit risk mitigation.
• Collaborate with counterparties, risk managers, traders, and internal stakeholders on collateral-related operational matters.
• Prepare monthly interest and fee statements, calculate applicable charges, and reconcile collateral transactions.
• Improve operational efficiency and controls, review junior team members' work, provide coachhirify.global, and support reporthirify.global and projects.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience in collateral management, financial markets operations, credit risk management, middle office, or securities operations.
• Strong understandhirify.global of financial market instruments, collateralized transactions, securities lifecycle, market practices, and risk management.
• Knowledge of CSA, GMRA, and GMSLA documentation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
