People Business Partner, Labs

Location: United States — Remote

Salary: $136,000–$200,000 USD annually, plus potential equity grants.

What you will do

• Advise senior executives in hirify.global Labs Engineering and Operations on people strategy and organizational design.
• Lead strategic workforce planning, capability planning, and succession planning across both functions.
• Drive talent development programs for a globally distributed and hybrid workforce.
• Provide guidance on employee relations, change management, leadership effectiveness, and organizational health.
• Partner with Talent, Total Rewards, Learning and Development, and DEI centers of excellence on enterprise initiatives.
• Use people data and analytics to influence decisions and support M&A integration and organizational change.

Requirements

• 8–10+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years in a business partner role supporting corporate functions.
• Global HR experience in multi-region organizations with distributed workforces, particularly large hourly workforces.
• Experience advising senior leaders and managing complexity at scale.
• Strong analytical and project management skills, including experience with HRIS, preferably Workday, and people analytics.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Practical experience managing, supporting, or scaling people operations in a fast-paced or logistics-heavy environment.

• Advanced degree or certification in HR or Organizational Psychology.
