Human Resources Business Partner, Director - Finance (Biotech)

Location: United States - Remote

Salary: $167,444.90–$226,543.10 annual base salary

What you will do

• Partner with the Senior Vice President and Finance leadership team to align people strategies with business objectives and workforce plans.
• Advise senior leaders on organizational effectiveness, leadership capability, team performance, and talent decisions.
• Lead organizational design, operating model evolution, workforce planning, restructuring, and change management initiatives.
• Drive talent reviews, succession planning, leadership development, internal mobility, and retention of critical capabilities.
• Use workforce analytics and organizational insights to identify talent risks, engagement trends, attrition, and capability gaps.
• Collaborate across HR and business functions, contribute to enterprise-wide initiatives, and mentor HR colleagues.

Requirements

• Doctorate degree and 4 years of Human Resources experience, or master’s degree and 7 years, or bachelor’s degree and 9 years.
• 10+ years of Human Resources experience in complex, fast-paced, highly technical, pharmaceutical, or biotechnology environments preferred.
• 3+ years of comparable HR Business Partner experience with demonstrated success at Director level.
• Experience supporting Finance or related corporate functions and partnering with C-suite and senior leadership teams.
• Experience leading organizational transformation, workforce planning, operating model redesign, and talent analytics initiatives.
• Strong business and financial acumen, communication, consulting, analytical, project management, and influencing skills.

Nice to have

• MBA or master’s degree focused on organizational development, management, Human Resources, or employee and labor relations.
• Experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, healthcare, or another highly regulated industry.
• Experience supporting global organizations across multiple geographies and cultures.
