International Expansion and FedRAMP Program Manager (AI)

Location: Remote in the United States

Salary: $165,000–$175,000 per year, plus bonus

What you will do

• Develop and execute international go-to-market and operational playbooks for market entry and customer adoption.
• Partner with regional GTM leaders to align resources with market maturity and track international performance.
• Identify localized product gaps and build business cases for strategic investment and regional sales growth.
• Lead the FedRAMP Moderate authorization program across Product, Engineering, Security, Legal, and external 3PAO assessors.
• Align FedRAMP milestones with federal and SLED GTM strategy to support public-sector sales and protect existing ARR.
• Provide progress updates to the Executive Leadership Team and maintain operational governance across workstreams.

Requirements

• 6–9+ years of experience in corporate strategy, strategic initiatives, or management consulting.
• Experience in B2B SaaS or the technology sector, with a track record of delivering complex cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong synthesis, project management, stakeholder management, and executive communication skills.
• Ability to influence senior leaders and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated ability to use AI and emerging technologies, including generative AI workflows and advanced data synthesis, to improve operations and decision-making.
• Must be based in the United States for this remote role.
