Logistics Coordinator

Salary: USD 25–27 per hour

What you will do

• Coordinate daily inbound and outbound logistics operations to support timely deliveries.
• Schedule and track transportation with carriers, warehouses, and customers.
• Monitor shipments, investigate discrepancies, and resolve transit or delivery issues.
• Prepare shipping documents, billing records, inventory records, and operational reports.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to maintain efficient workflows.
• Track KPIs, support SOP updates, and recommend process and cost improvements.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, or warehouse operations.
• 1+ year of supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of transportation, warehouse, and inventory management.
• Experience with WMS, TMS, and Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking skills.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of domestic trucking and freight operations.
• Experience managing customer accounts and carrier relationships.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
