Field Service Project Manager (Jr)

Location: Remote-US; U.S. citizenship required. Travel to customer locations is required for key project-related meetings, with occasional after-hours calls supporting overseas projects.

What you will do

• Support senior project managers with Engineering, Furnish, and Install (EF&I) project financials, schedules, scope, and quality management.
• Collect project information, scope deliverables, and support budgeting and resource coordination.
• Build and manage detailed project plans from initiation through completion.
• Coordinate engineering, deployment coordinators, partners, suppliers, customers, and internal teams to achieve milestones.
• Track schedules and deviations, implement corrective actions, and communicate project status, risks, issues, and resolutions.
• Manage multiple projects and contribute to project management process improvements.

Requirements

• U.S. citizenship.
• Technical degree or bachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited college or university; equivalent education and experience may be considered.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Strong organizational, time management, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to adjust work schedules for project demands, including after-hours calls for overseas projects.
• Ability to travel to customer locations for key project-related meetings.

Nice to have

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
