Project Manager (ERP)

Location: Remote, Paraguay

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of standard ERP and software implementation projects.
• Keep projects on schedule, within scope, and on budget.
• Run status updates, risk reviews, planning sessions, and other project cadences.
• Coordinate a small team of consultants and serve as the central point of accountability.
• Anticipate and mitigate risks before they escalate.
• Communicate project status, trade-offs, and impacts to different stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, information systems, software engineering, industrial engineering, business administration, accounting, finance, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of project management experience in ERP, software implementation, or technology consulting environments.
• Professional proficiency in English and Spanish, both written and verbal.
• NetSuite SuiteFoundation or PMP certification is required.

Nice to have

• CAPM, PRINCE2, PSM, CSM, SAFe, NetSuite Certified Administrator, or NetSuite ERP Consultant certification.
• Portuguese language skills, depending on business needs.
