Enablement Business Partner (AI/Data)

What you will do

• Partner strategically with Solution Engineering leadership to identify capability gaps linked to business outcomes.
• Diagnose field needs using Gong, Salesforce, theater-level data, leadership discussions, product roadmaps, and other business signals.
• Design and build activation experiences, including hands-on labs, self-service learning, AI skills, peer learning, and coaching interventions.
• Curate and quality-gate enablement content, validate AI-generated outputs, and maintain authoritative product and theater knowledge.
• Connect Product, Field, Leadership, and Learners while aligning enablement activities with release cadence.
• Scale effective local enablement practices across the wider field and refine the global everboarding program.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of related experience in enterprise software, Solution Engineering, and enablement in the data space.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Deep technical expertise in OLAP/OLTP databases, SQL, and/or Python.
• Experience designing, building, and delivering enablement programs.
• Strong business, technical, and sales acumen with excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to lead through influence, manage competing priorities, and secure support from cross-functional stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Snowflake experience or SnowPro Core or SnowPro Advanced certification.
• Data science or Spark experience.
