Salary: AUD 150,000–200,000 per annum

is hiring for a corporate services role focused on staff capability, technology adoption, and continuous learning.
What you will do
- Design and deliver instructor-led training through face-to-face sessions, workshops, webinars, and virtual formats.
- Provide hands-on training for internal AI tools and support their integration into daily workflows.
- Offer user support, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate feedback between users and internal development teams.
- Create and maintain training materials, quick-reference guides, and documentation for different skill levels.
- Track technology adoption and keep training content current and effective.
Requirements
- Experience delivering training programs and supporting users across multiple technology platforms.
- Ability to train users in practical AI usage and internal AI tools.
- Experience delivering individual and group training on Microsoft Office, FileSite, Aderant, or similar systems.
- Ability to implement and train new processes and systems.
- Strong documentation, feedback capture, user-support, triage, and escalation skills.
- Ability to track training participation and engagement.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of learning management systems, document automation platforms, or legal-tech systems.
- Experience in a professional services or legal environment.
