Salary: A$150,000–A$180,000 per annum

is recruiting for an established Australian organisation focused on technology adoption, user support, and digital capability development.
What you will do
- Deliver instructor-led classroom training for groups and individuals.
- Provide one-to-one support and assist users in person and over the phone.
- Troubleshoot day-to-day technology queries and resolve user issues.
- Train users on Microsoft Office applications, including advanced functionality.
- Support the implementation and rollout of new systems and processes.
- Create training materials, user guides, FAQs, and knowledge resources while working with internal stakeholders to improve technology adoption.
Requirements
- Experience as a Technology Trainer, Application Trainer, Systems Trainer, or in digital adoption.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience delivering group and one-to-one training.
- Experience supporting users, troubleshooting technology issues, and training users through new system implementations.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to create clear, practical training documentation and explain technology to users with varying levels of confidence.
