AI Transformation Associate Consultant (Life Sciences)

Location: London, United Kingdom. Hybrid working model combining work from home with on-site presence at client or hirify.global offices for the majority of the week. Client-facing work requires travel as needed.

What you will do

• Identify opportunities for AI and Generative AI across pharmaceutical, biotech, and healthcare organizations.
• Develop AI strategies, transformation roadmaps, operating models, and implementation plans aligned with client objectives.
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies and support investment decisions through business cases and value assessments.
• Research markets, technologies, and competitors to uncover actionable insights and solve ambiguous business challenges.
• Translate business requirements into AI-enabled solutions while coordinating with data scientists, machine learning engineers, software developers, and business leaders.
• Build client relationships, present executive-ready recommendations, contribute to thought leadership, and mentor junior team members.

Requirements

• Master’s or PhD degree in life sciences, data and analytics, engineering, computer science, or another quantitative or scientific discipline.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in life sciences consulting, strategy, analytics, digital transformation, or AI-related roles.
• Strong interest in the intersection of AI, business strategy, and healthcare innovation.
• Understanding of how AI can create business value across research, commercial, and operational functions.
• Experience using AI tools to improve productivity, innovation, and decision-making.
• Must possess or be able to obtain work authorization for the United Kingdom.

• Exposure to healthcare, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, or medical technology.
