AI Transformation Consultant (AI)

Location: London, United Kingdom. Hybrid working model combining work from home with on-site presence at clients or hirify.global offices for the majority of the week. Travel is required for client-facing work.

What you will do

• Lead client engagements at the intersection of AI, Generative AI and business strategy.
• Translate ambiguous business problems into executable AI strategies, transformation roadmaps and value cases.
• Structure market, technology and competitive research and synthesize findings into executive-ready recommendations.
• Design enterprise AI operating models, governance frameworks and responsible-AI programs.
• Guide clients through implementation, adoption and value realization while aligning technical solutions with commercial objectives.
• Manage scope, timelines, risks and quality across engagements; coach Associates and Associate Consultants and contribute to business development.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience in consulting, strategy, analytics, digital transformation or AI-related roles.
• Experience leading workstreams and owning client relationships.
• Ability to connect AI, business strategy and healthcare and translate AI capabilities into commercial value.
• Hands-on familiarity with AI, Generative AI, Large Language Models, automation and advanced analytics.
• Strong unstructured problem-solving, project-management, communication and stakeholder-influencing skills.
• Fluency in English and work authorization for the United Kingdom, or the ability to obtain it, are required.

Nice to have

• Master’s or PhD in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, Life Sciences or another quantitative, scientific or data-oriented discipline.
• Experience in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology or medical technology.
