Territory Solutions Specialist (Biosuture)

Location: Adelaide, South Australia, Australia. Regular travel to hospitals in Adelaide Metro and occasional travel to regional South Australia is required. Applicants must have the right to work in Australia, a reliable car, and a valid driver licence.

What you will do

• Manage hospital inventory through MyShelf stock management, order generation, and proactive supply support.
• Build customer partnerships by providing product education, clinical product support, and inventory solutions to healthcare professionals.
• Identify customer needs, collaborate with Product Specialists, and support account growth and portfolio performance.
• Support product recalls, back-order resolution, customer training, and cross-functional projects.
• Assist the Wound Closure Team with sales and marketing execution across Adelaide.

Requirements

• Degree qualification.
• Experience in a hospital or operating theatre environment is preferred but not essential.
• Strong inventory management, customer service, attention to detail, organisation, and time management skills.
• Computer systems proficiency with strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a positive, adaptable approach.
• Australian work rights, a reliable car, and a valid driver licence are required.
