Talent Acquisition & Attention Center for Employees Supervisor (Talent Acquisition)

Location: Onsite in Monterrey, Nuevo León, Mexico

Salary: MXN 32,000–36,000 monthly

What you will do

• Lead external talent acquisition and internal talent development across operational and administrative functions.
• Source, assess, and select Intern, DL, IDL, and Staff candidates while maintaining qualified pipelines for high-volume hiring.
• Manage the internship program and partnerships with universities and technical schools.
• Lead the Employee Service Center, supporting employees through phone, email, chat, and service portals.
• Maintain employee records and personnel documentation while supporting questions about policies, benefits, payroll, vacations, leaves, and People & Culture processes.
• Support SIGO, ISO 45001, EHS compliance, and initiatives to reduce workplace incidents.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 5 years of experience in high-volume operational recruitment.
• Knowledge of talent acquisition and internship management platforms.
• Conversational business English.
• Initiative, negotiation, creativity, leadership, teamwork, communication, and results orientation.
• Ability to work onsite in Monterrey, Mexico.
