Low Voltage Senior Project Manager (Electrical Construction)

Salary: $180,000–$210,000 annually

What you will do

• Lead the project team and oversee approximately 10 active electrical construction projects.
• Supervise Project Managers and Assistant Project Managers while coordinating with foremen, contractors, vendors, owners, and internal operations.
• Manage projects totaling up to $30 million, including planning, execution, cost tracking, reporting, and closeout.
• Control project cost, schedule, performance, labor efficiency, earned value, and crew productivity.
• Maintain quality assurance, system turnover, and an injury-free work environment.
• Build customer relationships, resolve emerging issues, and support future project opportunities through integrated solutions.

Requirements

• Minimum 15 years of experience in selling, estimating, and managing multi-million-dollar industrial construction or advanced technology projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering plus 10 years of construction project experience, or equivalent large-project electrical foreman/general foreman and project management experience.
• Strong knowledge of electrical codes, construction methods, electrical subcontracting, and project QA/QC procedures.
• Experience managing projects with 100,000+ man-hours and heavy power distribution, instrumentation installation, process control, and system integration.
• Competence in labor, material, contract management, detailed electrical estimating, earned-value tracking, labor efficiency index, and crew composite factors.
• Proven relationship-building and marketing skills are preferred.
