Banking Centre Leader III (Financial Services)

Location: Lethbridge, Alberta, Canada; on-site at 701 4th Ave S, with flexibility to work at multiple banking centres within a reasonable travel distance.

What you will do

• Lead a team of Leaders, Advisors, and Representatives delivering high-quality client experiences.
• Hire, coach, develop, and motivate employees to deepen client relationships and achieve performance goals.
• Monitor banking centre performance, identify gaps, and implement action plans to improve results.
• Support new and existing clients with financial needs related to their futures, homes, and businesses.
• Build community relationships, develop market opportunities, and support responsible revenue growth.
• Manage and minimize operational risk while resolving or escalating client complaints appropriately.

Requirements

• Experience developing and implementing strategic team goals.
• Experience coaching employees and inspiring successful team performance.
• Current accreditation and good standing with a Mutual Funds License through the Canadian Securities Course or Investment Funds In Canada.
• Legally eligible to work at the specified Canadian location; a valid work or study permit may be required.
• Flexibility to work banking centre hours, including evenings and weekends, and to travel between nearby banking centres.
• Client-focused, goal-oriented, accountable, and relationship-driven leadership approach.

• Branch Compliance Officer’s Course, Branch Managers Examination Course, Conducts & Practices Handbook, Wealth Management Essentials, or Certified Financial Planner certification.
