Senior Cost Estimator, Enterprise Project Management

Location: Remote working arrangement from various locations in the United States; applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis

Salary: $148,762–$160,000 annually, plus eligibility for an annual performance-based bonus

What you will do

• Develop, implement, and maintain cost management processes for construction projects.
• Prepare and review preliminary through detailed cost estimates, budgets, forecasts, and cost reports.
• Support project managers with procurement strategies, contract types, regional building codes, and market-based cost assumptions.
• Identify cost risks and develop mitigation measures with project teams.
• Evaluate cost-control effectiveness and safeguard budget and cash-out plan adherence during execution.
• Support value engineering, pricing discussions, and claim negotiations with general contractors.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related discipline.
• 10+ years of experience in cost estimating and management across pre-contract and post-contract stages.
• International experience with industrial construction projects and knowledge of cost benchmarks for manufacturing, testing, R&D, warehouse, and office facilities.
• Strong understanding of contract types, including Design-Bid-Build, Design & Build, open book/cost-plus-fee, project partnering, and BTS-Lease.
• Experience with BIM, cost databases, Microsoft Office, and tools such as RIB iTWO or CostX.
• Current authorization to work full-time in the United States is required; visa sponsorship is not available.
