What you will do

• Lead consolidated company financials, forecasting, long-range planning, and enterprise management reporting.
• Own reporting packages covering revenue, gross margin, operating expenses, headcount, capital expenditures, and KPI scorecards.
• Prepare reporting materials for the CFO, CEO, Executive Leadership Team, Board of Directors, and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate forecasting and planning submissions across FP&A teams and functions.
• Improve reporting systems, automation, KPI governance, master definitions, and data quality standards.
• Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of analysts and managers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 15+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, strategic finance, or financial reporting.
• Experience leading teams and enterprise planning processes.
• Significant exposure to Executive Leadership Teams and strong executive communication skills.
• Deep understanding of financial statements, corporate performance drivers, and GAAP/non-GAAP reporting.
• Ability to synthesize complex information, influence senior stakeholders, and operate in a highly matrixed environment.
