Director of FP&A (AI Infrastructure)

Location: San Francisco, CA; on-site

Salary: $275,000–$300,000 annually plus equity

hirify.global is building a multi-silicon neocloud for fast, efficient AI inference by combining large-scale compute infrastructure with an execution platform that maps AI workload stages to suitable hardware.

What you will do

• Build and lead the FP&A function, including the annual operating plan, budgets, reforecasts, and performance tracking.
• Own the consolidated financial model, operating assumptions, cash forecast, runway analysis, and net working capital scenarios.
• Develop resource-allocation frameworks covering headcount, spending, infrastructure capacity, and major capital investments.
• Perform scenario, sensitivity, and variance analyses and translate findings into recommendations for executive leadership.
• Partner with Strategic Finance, Infrastructure, GTM, Accounting, and technical leaders on capacity planning, customer contracts, leases, reporting, and long-range planning.
• Develop KPIs and dashboards, prepare board and investor materials, and build a high-performing FP&A team.

Requirements

• 8–10+ years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, investment banking, or operating finance.
• Demonstrated ownership of consolidated models, budgets, forecasts, and budget-versus-actual analysis.
• Strong financial modeling, data analytics, scenario analysis, and business judgment.
• Substantial experience with data centers or large-scale infrastructure capital expenditure.
• Understanding of hardware capex, deployment costs, power, cooling, operating expenses, margins, depreciation, and cash flow.
• Experience communicating complex financial information to technical teams, business leaders, and nonfinancial audiences.

Nice to have

• Experience at a hyperscaler, neocloud, colocation provider, data center developer, or infrastructure-intensive operator.
• Background in digital infrastructure banking, investing, or project finance combined with in-house planning experience.
• Familiarity with AI infrastructure revenue models, usage-based forecasting, and inference unit economics.
• Experience implementing planning software, scaling a technology company, handling debt covenants, or evaluating contracts, leases, and strategic transactions.
