What you will do
- Lead the planning, coordination, and facilitation of Integrated Logistics Support Working Groups.
- Develop, review, maintain, and coordinate endorsement of ILS plans, instructions, Product Support Analysis, COMSEC Engineering Management Instructions, and Physical Configuration Audit documentation.
- Coordinate engagement across Defence, project teams, sustainment organisations, engineers, and industry partners.
- Support capability transition into operational environments through transition plans and sustainment strategies.
- Identify training requirements, develop training plans, and support capability uplift activities.
- Report on ILS progress, risks, issues, and project outcomes while contributing to project, engineering, and risk management.
Requirements
- Experience as an Integrated Logistics Support Manager or Senior ILS Practitioner in Defence, Government, or complex engineering environments.
- Strong understanding of Defence acquisition, capability delivery, and sustainment frameworks.
- Experience developing and managing Defence ILS documentation and artefacts.
- Ability to engage and influence diverse stakeholders while managing competing priorities across multiple projects.
- Strong written communication skills, including preparation of senior-stakeholder documentation and Government submissions.
- Active NV1 Defence Security Clearance or higher is required.
