Logistics Coordinator (Capital Equipment)

What you will do

• Coordinate the end-to-end allocation, movement, installation, and retrieval of capital equipment, including hospital beds and surgical tables, across Australia.
• Coordinate freight movements with carriers, warehouses, service technicians, internal teams, and customers.
• Work with Planning & Fulfillment to optimise stock allocation and product availability.
• Support major installation projects and customer deployments.
• Maintain relationships with freight partners and key stakeholders while providing proactive communication and resolving issues.
• Monitor logistics performance, analyse trends, and implement process improvements that improve efficiency and customer outcomes.

Requirements

• Proven experience in the Australian domestic freight and transport industry.
• Experience coordinating freight movements across multiple carriers and locations.
• Strong knowledge of freight operations, transport networks, delivery scheduling, and logistics execution.
• Experience working with third-party logistics providers, freight carriers, and warehouse operations.
• Strong organisational, prioritisation, analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Office, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
