What you will do
- Own finished goods inventory health and performance across assigned markets.
- Develop inventory, deployment, allocation, and redeployment strategies that balance service, working capital, and inventory investment.
- Monitor service levels, backorders, inventory turns, excess and obsolete stock, supply chain costs, and other operational metrics.
- Identify supply risks and demand-supply imbalances, create recovery plans, and drive issue resolution.
- Manage purchase orders and inbound supply execution with suppliers and logistics partners.
- Support product launches, transitions, lifecycle management, relabelling, manufacturing changes, financial planning, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Tertiary degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Operations, or a related discipline.
- Experience in supply chain planning, inventory management, supply planning, deployment planning, or end-to-end supply chain operations.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP and planning systems such as Kinaxis Maestro or similar, including Rapid Response.
- Experience with reporting and analytics tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Strong ability to interpret service, inventory, operational, and financial metrics and assess supply risks, working capital impacts, and financial exposure.
- Knowledge of import/export regulations, project management, stakeholder collaboration, negotiation, conflict management, and lean or continuous improvement practices.
