Procurement Specialist ANZ (MRO/Capex)

What you will do

• Support procurement transformation across manufacturing operations in Australia and New Zealand.
• Develop and implement category strategies for MRO and capital expenditure procurement.
• Manage RFQs, RFIs, and RFPs from market engagement through supplier selection and award.
• Conduct spend analysis, supplier benchmarking, and market assessments to identify value opportunities.
• Lead commercial reviews, negotiations, contract execution, and ongoing supplier contract management.
• Manage supplier performance and report category pipelines, savings, and project updates to stakeholders and senior management.

Requirements

• Degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or category management.
• Experience in MRO, facilities management, engineering services, or Capex procurement.
• Strong commercial, negotiation, contract management, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing suppliers and working with cross-functional stakeholders in matrix, multicultural, and virtual environments.
• Ability to manage multiple sourcing initiatives in a fast-paced environment and translate strategic opportunities into practical outcomes.

Nice to have

• Experience in a multinational organization.
• Experience with MSAs, SOWs, amendments, NDAs, or similar commercial agreements.
• Experience using Coupa, Ariba, JDE, or similar procurement systems.
