Inventory and Warehouse Coordinator

Location: Port of Brisbane, Queensland, Australia. This is an onsite warehouse role, and applicants must have the legal right to work in Australia. Visa or work permit sponsorship is not available.

What you will do

• Coordinate outbound freight and dispatch activities from the Port of Brisbane facility.
• Manage inventory control activities, including stock counts, discrepancy investigations and reconciliations.
• Maintain accurate inventory and warehouse records using business systems.
• Package and dispatch products according to freight policies, and assist with inbound receipting and invoicing.
• Support a safe, efficient and organised warehouse environment.
• Participate in stock takes, toolbox meetings and continuous improvement activities.

Requirements

• Current forklift licence.
• Year 12 completion.
• Experience in warehouse, dispatch, inventory or logistics operations.
• Experience with inventory control and stock management processes.
• Strong attention to detail, organisation, written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work on your feet and safely lift up to 20 kg while following documented safety procedures.

Nice to have

• Certificate II in Transport, Logistics, Warehousing, Manufacturing or a related discipline.
