AI Tech Consultant, Enterprise Solutions

Location: Client travel may be required around the globe, including significant travel to client sites depending on project needs.

What you will do

• Manage large-scale ERP or similar technology programs, including governance, quality assurance, deployment strategies, roadmaps, cost estimates, and resource plans.
• Connect business strategy and financial performance to digital solutions and quantify value cases for major technology investments.
• Evaluate enterprise applications, data, analytics, integration, AI solutions, and packaged platforms such as ERP, CRM, HCM, EAM, MDG, SRM, TMS, and WMS.
• Translate business needs into target-state system requirements and recommend suitable vendors, modules, configurations, and deployment approaches.
• Restructure business and technology processes, operating models, and organizations, including support for mergers and acquisitions.
• Develop client and internal team capabilities by facilitating technical discussions and aligning stakeholders across functions and delivery teams.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of practical experience in IT or ERP consulting, professional software development, or IT project management.
• Experience with one or more of SAP, Salesforce, Oracle, or Workday.
• Experience in business process design and configuration, and contribution to ERP program deliverables across design, build, test, or deployment phases.
• Bachelor's degree in mathematics, engineering, information technology, business management, or a related field.
• Strong analytical, conceptual, communication, presentation, customer, and results-oriented skills, with experience on large and complex projects.
• Business-fluent written and spoken English is required. Willingness to travel globally to work with clients and BCG teams is also required.
