Senior AI Tech Consultant, Enterprise Solutions

Location: Not specified; significant travel to client sites may be required depending on project needs.

Salary: CAD 160,000 first-year base compensation, plus an annual discretionary performance bonus and retirement contribution.

What you will do

• Manage large-scale ERP and related technology projects, including transformation roadmaps, cost estimates, resource plans, governance, and quality assurance.
• Connect business strategy and financial performance to digital solutions and optimize value realization from technology investments.
• Evaluate enterprise applications, data, analytics, integration, and AI solutions across platforms such as ERP, CRM, HCM, EAM, MDG, SRM, TMS, and WMS.
• Translate business needs into target-state requirements and recommend software vendors, modules, configurations, and deployment approaches.
• Design cloud, on-premises, and hybrid architectures, including service-oriented architectures and high-level ERP solutions.
• Support organizational change, mergers and acquisitions, operating-model transformation, and technical discussions across client and delivery teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in mathematics, engineering, information technology, business management, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in IT or ERP consulting, professional software development, or IT project management.
• Experience with one or more of SAP, Salesforce, Oracle, or Workday, including business process design and configuration.
• Experience independently managing workstreams in at least two end-to-end ERP implementations and leading a module during a project phase.
• Strong analytical, conceptual, communication, presentation, customer, and results-oriented skills, with experience managing complex projects and decision processes.
• Gen AI tool fluency, including practical use and validation of tools such as ChatGPT or Claude, and willingness to travel globally to client sites.
