Senior AI Tech Consultant (Enterprise Solutions)

Location: Atlanta, Austin, Boston, Brooklyn, Chicago, Dallas, Denver, Detroit, Durham, Houston, Miami, Minneapolis, Nashville, New York, Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, Summit, or Washington, United States. The role involves significant travel to client sites, with travel depending on client needs and project requirements.

Salary: $150,000 USD first-year base compensation, plus an annual discretionary performance bonus and retirement contribution.

What you will do

• Manage large-scale ERP and similar technology programs, including transformation roadmaps, cost estimates, resource plans, governance, deployment, and quality assurance.
• Connect business strategy and financial performance to digital solutions and quantify value cases for major technology investments.
• Evaluate enterprise applications, data, analytics, integration, and AI solutions across platforms such as ERP, CRM, HCM, EAM, MDG, SRM, TMS, and WMS.
• Translate business needs into target-state requirements and recommend software vendors, modules, configurations, and implementation approaches.
• Design high-level cloud, on-premises, hybrid, and service-oriented architectures for ERP and related solutions.
• Support organizational change, mergers and acquisitions, IT operating-model transformation, and technical team development.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or master's degree in mathematics, engineering, information technology, business management, or a related field.
• 4+ years of practical experience in IT or ERP consulting, professional software development, or IT project management.
• Expertise in one or more of SAP, Salesforce, Oracle, or Workday; SAP experience includes business process design and configuration.
• Experience independently managing modules or workstreams in at least two end-to-end ERP implementations and leading a module during a project phase.
• Strong communication, presentation, analytical, conceptual, customer, and results-oriented skills, with experience managing complex projects and decision processes.
• Fluency with GenAI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude, including validation of generated responses, and willingness to travel globally for client and BCG work.
