Medical Only Adjuster (Workers' Compensation)

What you will do

• Investigate workers’ compensation claims, including coverage and potential subrogation.
• Manage medical issues and schedule timely appointments.
• Work with the Team Manager to identify claim red flags.
• Document and update claim files consistently.
• Ensure medical payments are issued accurately and on time.

Requirements

• Pass required state licensing tests and complete ongoing education credits.
• Learn and apply workers’ compensation statutes for assigned states.
• Demonstrate strong oral and written communication, analytical ability, attention to detail, and time management.
• Provide professional customer service and manage multiple priorities accurately and efficiently.
• Be proficient with Microsoft Office and able to work across multiple systems.
• Be comfortable working on-site to support collaboration, team leadership, and cross-functional partnership.
