Market Visual Merchandiser (NYC Metro)

Location: Remote, based in Albany, New York, with residence required within reasonable proximity to the assigned district; approximately 30% travel and occasional overnight stays are required.

Salary: $99,800–$135,240 per year.

What you will do

• Drive visual merchandising training and implementation across the assigned district.
• Conduct store visits, coach field leaders, and improve consistency in visual execution.
• Partner with district managers and store leadership on action plans that improve business results and customer experience.
• Execute merchandising strategies, seasonal space planning updates, floorplans, maps, and floorset activities.
• Lead executive walkthroughs and provide insights on product placement, presentation, and store productivity.
• Support real estate activities, talent development, competitive insights, and communication with regional and headquarters visual leadership.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in visual merchandising, presentation, or marketing; fashion retail experience is preferred.
• 1–2 years of retail management experience, including multi-store responsibility, is preferred.
• Strong visual standards and the ability to interpret brand direction.
• Ability to facilitate learning in store and classroom environments, communicate effectively, work independently, and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Creative Suite is preferred.
• Must reside within reasonable proximity to the assigned district and be authorized to work in the United States.
