Manager, Marketing (Merchandising POS)

Location: Stamford, Connecticut, United States; hybrid schedule with 2 days in the Stamford office and 3 days remote

Base compensation: $129,996–$158,655.60 annually, plus eligibility for an annual bonus.

What you will do

• Lead the research, structural development, production, and delivery of point-of-sale materials, displays, premiums, and other merchandising tools.
• Manage external vendors, fulfillment partners, estimates, production timelines, inventory, replenishment, and shipments.
• Review pre-production artwork and die lines for accuracy and ensure materials are set up correctly for distribution.
• Develop impactful in-store solutions and POS activation opportunities across retail channels.
• Maintain the POS catalog with current projects, descriptions, and images.
• Coordinate with Brand, Sales, Finance, Procurement, Creative, and distribution teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of overall experience, including 2–3 years in a similar role.
• Background in project management and research, with the ability to prioritize multiple projects.
• Experience with merchandising, CPG in-store trends, printing, and production procedures.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, business, and communication skills.
• Strong English language skills required; the role is based in Stamford with a hybrid office schedule.
