Lead Global Compensation Partner

What you will do

• Conduct market research and compensation analysis to support competitive and equitable pay practices.
• Design and maintain job evaluation frameworks, grading systems, salary structures, and incentive plans.
• Lead the annual compensation review process, including budget allocation, merit increases, and bonus planning.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition, HR, legal, and business leaders on offers, new-hire compensation, equity refreshes, and job leveling.
• Maintain compensation data integrity in HR systems and improve operational efficiency.
• Develop compensation training and support change management for compensation initiatives.

Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive compensation experience, including global programs.
• Expertise in job architecture, market pricing, salary structures, and equity programs.
• Experience with HRIS platforms such as Workday and compensation analytics tools.
• Strong proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and data visualization.
• Analytical problem-solving, project management, organizational, and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or a related field.
