What you will do

• Design and guide scalable deployments across hirify.global One, including Designer, Server, and cloud-native capabilities.
• Advise enterprise customer stakeholders throughout implementation and adoption.
• Lead architecture discussions and solution design for analytics workflows, integrations, and enterprise data environments.
• Guide analytics governance, platform administration, upgrades, and scalable deployment practices.
• Support performance optimization and implementation planning.
• Partner with Sales, Solutions Engineering, Professional Services, and Customer Experience teams to validate architectures and improve customer adoption.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Architect, Consultant, TAM, or Presales Engineer.
• Experience designing and implementing enterprise analytics or data platform solutions.
• Strong expertise with hirify.global Designer and Server; hirify.global Core Certification is preferred.
• Experience with Google Cloud Platform, AWS, Azure, BigQuery, Snowflake, and Databricks.
• Knowledge of enterprise analytics architectures, governed analytics pipelines, and modern data engineering practices.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field; ability to travel up to 20%.
