What you will do

• Guide enterprise customers through the full lifecycle of Databricks deployments on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Design secure, scalable architectures covering cloud networking, private connectivity, identity, compliance, and production deployment.
• Advise on cloud infrastructure, infrastructure-as-code, platform administration, observability, disaster recovery, and cost management.
• Demonstrate Databricks solutions in competitive scenarios and build custom technical solutions.
• Coordinate DSAs, SAs, Field Engineering, and partners to deliver complex customer solutions.
• Provide customer feedback, coach team members, and contribute to technical content, workshops, and community engagement.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in solutions architecture, technical pre-sales, or a senior hands-on technical role.
• Advanced expertise in cloud security, identity, enterprise networking, private connectivity, platform administration, and large-scale deployments.
• Hands-on infrastructure automation experience with Terraform and cloud-native IaC tools.
• Strong coding proficiency in Python and SQL, including live coding, debugging, and solution building.
• Deep knowledge of distributed data systems, scalable pipelines, streaming architectures, lakehouse patterns, and cloud-native data platforms.
• Proficiency with the Databricks Platform, strong architecture communication skills, and a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a quantitative discipline.

Nice to have

• Databricks or professional-level AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud certifications.
• Experience with Snowflake, Azure Synapse, BigQuery, or other competitive data platforms.
• Background in a data/AI company or cloud provider.
