Senior Analytics Engineer (AI)

Location: Remote U.S.; must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future employer sponsorship

Salary: $190,000–$224,000 base pay annually, plus equity and benefits

What you will do

• Design and implement complex data models for dashboards, self-serve analytics, and data science.
• Write highly tuned, scalable SQL queries across large-scale, heterogeneous data warehouses.
• Enable AI tooling through semantic layers and observability, and establish analytics engineering best practices.
• Manage and improve data infrastructure supporting data-driven decision-making.
• Help develop front-end applications that expose analytical datasets across the enterprise.
• Partner with Product and Corporate Engineering teams to structure source systems for reporting consumption.

Requirements

• At least eight years of experience working with data, including two years in software engineering or a related field.
• Experience with analytics tooling such as dbt, Stitch or Fivetran, Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, Airflow, Dagster, Looker, Mode, or Sigma; dbt is required.
• Strong software engineering and systems mindset, with experience building frameworks that manage data and reduce bespoke queries.
• Deep knowledge of dimensional and fact modeling in modern data environments.
• Experience or interest in improving developer experience for data and enabling data use across an organization.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future employer sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Interest in using AI responsibly to improve efficiency and impact.
• Experience with security, anonymization, and compliance management for data warehouses.
