Senior Analytics Engineer (Crypto)

Location: Remote

Salary: $200,000–$250,000 per year, plus equity and benefits

What you will do

• Design and maintain dbt models for ticketing, KYC, withdrawals, and market resolution workflows.
• Integrate data from Decagon, BPO partners, CRM systems, and workforce management tools into the cloud data warehouse.
• Build data quality tests, monitoring, documentation, shared metrics, and semantic-layer dimensions.
• Create dashboards and self-serve datasets for customer experience and operations teams.
• Identify recurring support failure patterns and document findings for CX playbooks and internal stakeholders.
• Partner with data engineering on shared pipelines, infrastructure decisions, and data governance.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in analytics engineering, data engineering, or a closely related data role.
• Expert SQL and strong hands-on dbt experience, including modeling, testing, and documentation.
• Experience with Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, or another cloud data warehouse.
• Experience with Fivetran or Airbyte and working knowledge of Python.
• Strong data modeling skills and experience building systems used by non-technical teams.
• Ability to diagnose complex, multi-variable issues and communicate findings clearly.

Nice to have

• Experience with customer support, CRM, or trust and safety data.
• Experience influencing product or policy decisions through CX or operations data.
• Familiarity with on-chain data or crypto transaction flows.
