Construction Project Engineer (Civil, Structural, Architectural)

What you will do

• Deliver engineering solutions for semiconductor manufacturing equipment installation and construction projects.
• Improve project cost, schedule, duration, and productivity performance.
• Collaborate with construction management, supply chain, scheduling, finance, quantity surveying, off-site manufacturing, and digital transformation specialists.
• Provide technical guidance to the Fab Construction Enterprise as a civil, structural, and architectural subject matter expert.
• Communicate technical issues and use data to influence internal stakeholders and implement change.
• Promote a safety culture across planning, office, construction site, and execution activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in civil or structural engineering, with structural expertise and fundamental civil and architectural knowledge, plus 3+ years of relevant experience; or a master’s degree with 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience designing large-scale, complex technical facilities and equipment installations in high-tech industries.
• Registration as a Professional Engineer (PE) or Structural Engineer (SE).
• Ability to collaborate across engineering disciplines, organizations, and geographic boundaries.
• Strong written, visual, and verbal communication skills, including the communication of technical issues.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with structural codes such as IBC, ASCE, EU, or SEMI standards and international equivalents.
• Experience with design and construction specifications.
• Experience with 2D CAD or 3D modeling software such as AutoCAD, Inventor, SolidWorks, Revit, or RISA.
• Experience collecting data, writing whitepapers, obtaining stakeholder approval, and implementing technical changes.
