Structural Engineer

Location: Remote - USA

Salary: $110,000–$146,000 per year

What you will do

• Coordinate multiple structural engineering projects with internal staff and sub-consultants.
• Manage client requests, project needs, schedules, and budgets.
• Apply structural engineering principles to evaluations, designs, and construction-phase services.
• Review design and production deliverables for industry standards and internal compliance.
• Advise and mentor engineering staff, including junior personnel.
• Support proposals and business development activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.
• 4–9 years of civil engineering experience.
• Professional Engineer licensure or ability to obtain it within 6 months.
• Experience with concrete and steel design.
• Must work remotely from the USA.

Nice to have

• Experience with industrial mechanical and electrical support structures, building shells, or transportation structure design.
• At least two years of project management experience on small projects.
• Team leadership, supervision, client management, and business development experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
