Lead Associate Account Director (Digital Advertising)

Location: Los Angeles, United States

Base salary: $92,500–$169,600 USD per year, plus potential variable compensation, commissions, and stock-based compensation.

What you will do

• Oversee strategic client relationships and lead problem-solving discussions.
• Demonstrate platform value through innovative solutions aligned with client needs and business goals.
• Lead key agency client meetings with business development and trading partners.
• Build productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Set portfolio-specific goals and track revenue progress monthly and quarterly.
• Collaborate with product teams to identify solutions for client business objectives.

Requirements

• 7+ years of digital advertising experience.
• Experience developing, nurturing, and managing client relationships.
• Proven success driving revenue growth with large customer accounts.
• Ability to build relationships with stakeholders, executives, and industry groups.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, influencing, negotiation, organization, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
