Relationship Manager (Logistics)

What you will do

• Manage and grow relationships with major corporate and enterprise clients.
• Drive client retention, account growth, revenue, upselling, and cross-selling.
• Lead client meetings, business reviews, account discussions, and stakeholder relationships.
• Monitor account performance, service levels, claims, billing, and client escalations.
• Coordinate with Sales and Operations on onboarding and new business opportunities.
• Provide performance reports and recommendations while coaching Relationship Executives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
• 7–10 years of experience in Account Management, Relationship Management, Sales, or Business Development.
• Proven experience managing major or enterprise corporate accounts.
• Strong experience in client retention, upselling, cross-selling, and account growth.
• Experience working with senior-level clients and cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication, negotiation, relationship-building, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Background in logistics, supply chain, e-commerce, retail, or related industries.
• Experience coaching or mentoring team members.
