What you will do

• Lead and coach client-facing employees across the banking centre and other banking centres in the community.
• Build a capable, motivated team through talent management, employee development, and recruitment.
• Monitor banking centre performance, identify gaps, and implement action plans to improve results.
• Coordinate across client offers and partners to maximize market opportunities and business performance.
• Strengthen client relationships by providing appropriate financial advice, products, and solutions.
• Manage operations, controls, compliance, risk, and client complaint resolution.

Requirements

• Experience leading and coaching diverse, high-performing teams.
• Strong client focus, relationship-building, communication, and influence skills.
• Ability to drive business results, monitor performance, and manage operational risk.
• Current accreditation and good standing with a Mutual Funds License through the Canadian Securities Course or Investment Funds In Canada.
• Legal eligibility to work at the specified Canadian location; a valid work or study permit is required where applicable.
• Commitment to trust, teamwork, accountability, and continuous change.

• Branch Compliance Officer’s Course, Branch Managers Examination Course, Conducts & Practices Handbook, Wealth Management Essentials, or Certified Financial Planner certification.
