Banking Centre Leader II

Location: Grand Forks, British Columbia, Canada; full-time on-site. The role may require work at multiple banking centres within a reasonable travel distance, including evenings and weekends.

What you will do

• Lead a team of financial services Leaders, Advisors, and Representatives.
• Deliver strong client experiences and deepen client relationships.
• Monitor banking centre performance and implement action plans to address gaps.
• Identify market opportunities and support responsible revenue growth.
• Coach, develop, and recruit employees while building community relationships.
• Manage risk and support clients with personal and business financial needs.

Requirements

• Experience leading, coaching, and supporting teams to achieve goals.
• Strong client service, financial advising, business development, and performance management skills.
• Current accreditation and good standing with a Mutual Funds License through the Canadian Securities Course or Investment Funds In Canada.
• Ability to work on-site full-time in Grand Forks and at nearby banking centres as required.
• Legal eligibility to work at the specified Canadian location is required; a valid work or study permit may be required.

• Branch Compliance Officer’s Course, Branch Managers Examination Course, Conducts & Practices Handbook, Wealth Management Essentials, or Certified Financial Planner designation.
