Senior Loss Prevention & Safety Manager

Location: US - IN US8 Midwest Distribution Center; frequent travel and on-site visits between multiple distribution centers and corporate facilities are required.

Salary: $107,000–$133,800 per year.

What you will do

• Develop and execute loss prevention, asset protection, and safety strategies across multiple facilities.
• Maintain physical security standards covering access control, surveillance, alarms, visitor management, and guard services.
• Lead shrink reduction programs, theft and fraud investigations, incident reviews, and corrective action plans.
• Oversee workplace safety, OSHA compliance, emergency preparedness, crisis management, and business continuity planning.
• Partner with Operations, HR, Legal, Risk Management, and Facilities to reduce risk and improve safety performance.
• Build, mentor, and lead regional or site-level loss prevention and safety teams while managing budgets and KPIs.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• 8+ years of experience in security services, asset protection, audit, risk management, safety, or a related field.
• Experience with EHS and security management systems and Microsoft Office, including Excel.
• Knowledge of access control, CCTV, alarm systems, visitor management, OSHA regulations, and facility security standards.
• Experience with risk assessments, internal investigations, theft or fraud cases, workplace incidents, emergency response, and continuity of operations.
• Ability to communicate with and influence field leadership and senior executives while exercising discretion in sensitive situations.
