Warehouse Manager

What you will do

• Supervise warehouse supervisors and technicians, including coaching, performance management, staffing, training, and development.
• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, issuing, picking, staging, kitting, cycle counting, storage, delivery, and quality control.
• Manage MRO and capital project inventory to ensure secure storage, accurate identification, traceability, and availability for refinery operations.
• Coordinate material priorities and readiness with maintenance, operations, turnaround, capital project, and internal client teams.
• Develop warehouse strategies, organizational goals, KPIs, budgets, and continuous improvement plans using root cause analysis.
• Maintain safe and reliable warehouse facilities, storage systems, transportation processes, and material handling equipment while supporting HES performance.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Five or more years of warehousing or relevant business experience required.
• Experience leading warehouse personnel and maintaining performance, safety, and operational standards.
• Knowledge of inventory control, material requirements planning, material master data, logistics, and warehouse systems.
• Ability to coordinate with suppliers, internal clients, project teams, and business partners.
