Distribution Center Supervisor (Logistics)

Location: On-site at the Sparks, Nevada manufacturing facility, Monday–Friday

What you will do

• Supervise 20+ employees across receiving, storage, inventory, and shipping operations.
• Plan warehouse layouts, work procedures, schedules, equipment use, and daily workflow.
• Oversee cycle counts, investigate inventory discrepancies, and recommend corrective actions.
• Create standard operating procedures and improve warehouse efficiency through continuous improvement.
• Prepare daily performance reports, maintain productivity records, and resolve operational errors and complaints.
• Interview, hire, train, evaluate, and manage employees while enforcing company policies and safety regulations.

Requirements

• Associate degree or higher in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field, and/or 3–5+ years of management experience in manufacturing, warehousing, or inventory control.
• At least 3 years of supervisory experience in warehousing and logistics.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Working knowledge of distribution, transportation, and supply chain concepts.
• Knowledge of palletizing, load balancing, pallet specifications, wrapping, banding, and storage restrictions for major home stores.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, move around the manufacturing floor, lift and carry up to 50 pounds, and wear required PPE.

Nice to have

• SAP experience.
• Understanding of LEAN business practices.
