Warehouse Supervisor

Location: Lathrop, California, USA; onsite warehouse role. Schedule: 5:00 PM–3:30 AM, Wednesday to Saturday, with overtime as needed.

Salary: $70,304–$75,407 per year.

What you will do

• Supervise warehouse workers, assign tasks and targets, evaluate performance, and coordinate shift allocations.
• Maintain efficient, safe operation of warehouse tools, equipment, and product-handling activities.
• Ensure compliance with legal and safety procedures and documentation requirements.
• Organize staff training and support new team members while collaborating with other managers.
• Drive operational initiatives, prepare internal meetings with analytics, and answer questions within the area of responsibility.
• Identify additional analytical needs and contribute to business improvements beyond assigned tasks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or associate degree in management, administration, supply chain, or customer service, or 5+ years of experience in product distribution.
• Knowledge of warehouse safety and legal documentation, including MSDS, equipment checklists, and bills of lading.
• Working knowledge of a Warehouse Management System.
• Strong leadership, administration, motivation, team-building, time-management, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to repeatedly lift up to 75 pounds unassisted and maneuver products weighing over 150 pounds unassisted or with a team lift.
• Ability to read and comprehend English is required for workplace safety.
