Recruiting Coordinator (AI)

Location: Palo Alto, CA; fully in-office five days per week

Salary: $80,000–$100,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Coordinate and manage onsite and virtual candidate interviews.
• Schedule interviews and handle candidate logistics promptly and accurately.
• Host onsite candidates and create a warm, human, and memorable experience.
• Partner with candidates, hiring managers, interviewers, and other stakeholders to deliver consistent, high-quality recruiting support.
• Update candidate records in Greenhouse and maintain data integrity.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives, special projects, and recruitment strategy development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Excellent organizational, project management, multitasking, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple ongoing projects and adapt to changing priorities.
• Previous experience in a fast-paced environment; experience in people operations or recruiting is preferred.
• Availability to work fully onsite at the Palo Alto office five days per week.
• Availability to occasionally work overtime as operational needs require.
