Community General Manager, Imperial Service

Location: Fredericton, New Brunswick; on-site full-time at 448 Queen Street

What you will do

• Lead and coach a high-performing team of Financial Advisors, Leaders, and Representatives.
• Develop talent, create meaningful employee development opportunities, and recruit professionals who reflect hirify.global’s values.
• Monitor banking centre performance, create action plans, and maximize market opportunities.
• Manage operational processes, controls, compliance, and risk to protect clients, shareholders, and the bank.
• Strengthen client relationships, resolve complaints, and deliver a high standard of personalized financial service.

Requirements

• Experience leading and developing diverse, high-performing teams.
• Current accreditation and good standing with a Mutual Funds License through the Canadian Securities Course or Investment Funds In Canada.
• Strong client relationship, communication, collaboration, and business development skills.
• Client-focused, accountable, adaptable, and committed to trust, teamwork, and responsible leadership.
• Must be legally eligible to work in Canada and hold a valid work or study permit where applicable.

Nice to have

• Branch Compliance Officer’s Course, Branch Managers Examination Course, Conducts & Practices Handbook, Wealth Management Essentials, or Certified Financial Planner designation.
