Contracts Analyst

What you will do

• Review and analyze contractual agreements for legal and organizational compliance.
• Evaluate the need for legal review and coordinate with traders and relevant stakeholders.
• Manage contracts throughout their lifecycle, from initiation and drafting through execution and renewal.
• Identify contractual risks, recommend modifications, and develop risk-mitigation strategies.
• Maintain accurate contract documentation, monitor obligations and deadlines, and support contract audits.
• Improve contract management processes, develop best practices, and build relationships with business partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 2 years of related experience required.
• Strong contract administration, compliance assurance, critical thinking, communication, and time management skills.
• Ability to analyze contractual terms, identify risks, and make recommendations based on legal and business considerations.
• Ability to collaborate with traders, internal stakeholders, external stakeholders, and cross-functional partners.
