Production Technician III (Medical Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Set up and operate automatic or semiautomatic production machinery and related equipment.
• Monitor process parameters including meters, gauges, valves, flow ratios, temperatures, and pressures.
• Clean, sanitize, and monitor manufacturing and support areas while executing cGMP-compliant processes.
• Troubleshoot equipment and process issues, make minor adjustments and repairs, and implement corrective actions.
• Support manufacturing operators, assess product acceptability, and assist with training new employees.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation, support SOP updates, audits, process changes, and equipment preventive maintenance.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent with at least 3 years of experience, an associate degree with at least 2 years of experience, or a bachelor's degree with at least 1 year of experience.
• Thorough understanding of cGMP and SOPs, plus working knowledge of production equipment.
• Leadership ability, attentive listening, observation, communication, problem analysis, problem solving, and decision-making skills.
• Computer proficiency and ability to use enterprise software.
• Ability to meet local physical requirements and work effectively in a team environment.
